The diversity of the cruising grounds in the land between the Baltic Sea and Lake District of Mecklenburg is simply fascinating. You can decide if you would rather glide along the Peene, the "Amazon of the north", or cruise around the famous chalk cliffs at Kap Arkona.
Modern harbours and marinas will greet you on all of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern's water ways. You will surely find the harbour to suit your individual taste among them: If you prefer more excitement, you can moor your boat in the middle of the lively old town centre of Rostock. Nature lovers will be enthusiastic about the natural harbours fringed with reeds along the shores of the Bodden or on Usedom.
