Indigenous wildlife and numerous domestic animals inhabit the Wismar zoological garden. The grounds, which extend along the Köppernitz rivulet, are the habitat of wisent, raccoons, ponies and deer, owls and ducks. A walk to the apiary or a coffee break on the terrace of the playground will round off your day at the zoological garden.
In addition to experiencing nature at its heart, Wismar also offers its visitors fun and games aplenty. High-speed fun is guaranteed with, among others, the original water bob or the Tarzan liana – for children and adults alike! Those who give themselves a workout on the trampoline can recover their breath on a ride on the park’s own train.
