The Cabinet of the State Mecklenburg-Vorpommern discusses questions of political principle and decides on bills it proposes in the State Parliament. Its decisions are based upon a simple majority of the votes cast.
The members of the Cabinet of the State Mecklenburg-Vorpommern include the Minister-President as well as the Ministers of the altogether eight functional Ministries:
